Malaika Arora Car Accident: The actress sustained minor injuries, is under observation!

Yesterday, on 2 April Bollywood’s dancing diva Malaika Arora met with an accident on the Mumbai Pune express highway. The driver of Malaika Arora’s car lost his balance and had bumped into 3 other cars on the expressway. The actress is said to be having minor injuries.

ANI took to its official Twitter handle to share an update for the same. The tweet read, “Actor Malaika has minor injuries on her forehead; CT scan has turned out fine & she is currently okay. The actor will be kept under observation for the night & will be discharged in the morning tomorrow: Apollo Hospital”

Malaika Arora’s car dashed with two other cars near Khopoli on the Mumbai – Pune expressway. A source close to Malaika told India Today, “Malaika is shaken by the incident but doing okay. She has had a few stitches and is doing fine. She didn’t have any major head injury as she had a cushion next to her head. She should be back home by Sunday afternoon.”

Soon after the accident reports, Malaika’s sister Amrita Arora also confirms the accident and the status of her health. She stated, “Malaika is now getting better. She will be kept under observation for some time.”

A police complaint has also been launched for the same. Commenting on the same, the police inspector said, “The accident happened at the 38km point on Mumbai-Pune expressway which is an accident-prone area. Three vehicles rammed onto each other and all three vehicles have received damages. The motorists drove away immediately after the accident and hence what kind of injuries have been received is not clear. We are told that all have received very minor injuries”.

“We have received the registration number of all the three cars and now we would contact the owners to understand what had actually happened, ” Assistant police inspector Haresh Kalsekar from Khopoli police station said.
