Ajay Devgn roped in to play the lead in Total Dhamaal after Sanjay Dutt’s exit
Filmmaker Indra Kumar is all set to be back with the third installment of Dhamaal franchise. It was earlier revealed that Sanjay Dutt will not be a part of the film titled Total Dhamaal, but Riteish Deshmukh will definitely be seen.
 Now as per a leading tabloid, Ajay Devgn has been roped in to play the male lead in the film. Talking about it, Indra stated, “Ajay, my partner Ashok Thakeria, and I have had a fabulous association. Ishq is still one of the most successful comedy films in Bollywood and here we are, 20 years later, with another family entertainer. The Dhamaal franchise has a strong fan following. Ajay’s association makes it even more special.”This will be the third outing of Ajay and Indra post-Ishq and Masti.
 As Ajay is currently holidaying with family in Maldives, the source close to the actor confirmed the news to the tabloid and said, “Like the Golmaal franchise, Dhamaal has its loyal audience. Ajay is glad to reunite with Indra for Total Dhamaal. He is hoping the team will come up with a madcap comedy that will have people rolling on the floor laughing. The idea is to make a full-on entertainer.”
The first two parts of the film included the cast of Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey and Ashish Chowdhry.
