As the Sushant Singh Rajput case progresses, we see a couple of twists being added in it. We now see Sushant’s father filing an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chrakraborty. While on the other side, the statement on the actress Rhea never came from late actor’s sister Mitu and father KK Singh during the investigation of Mumbai Police. As per Koimoi, the two have been asked about Rhea multiple times while recording their statements, but they never mentioned anything about the Half Girlfriend actress.
Their signed statements to the police have nothing to talk about Rhea. As per the police every time when he was asked about Rhea, he refused to comment on her. He did not mention in any of his statement and similar was the case with sister Mitu who never responded about the Jalebi actress to the Mumbai Police. A senior police officer was seen talking about the same when he revealed that none of the family members spoke about Rhea before Mumbai Police.
Although the investigating team has asked several times to Mitu to appear before the Police to record the statement in detail but she avoided. The police officer went on to say that the recent FIR against Rhea is an attempt to make the two Police (Bihar and Mumbai) to clash against each other to see the case getting transferred to CBI. The fact of the matter is, KK Singh met Mr. Vinay Kumar Chaubey the Joint Commissioner of Police last month in Mumbai.
There he did not mention Rhea. In the meeting, he only requested the office to vacate the Bandra residence. On the other side, Sushant’s family members claimed that Mumbai Police was not keen on helping them. They were not even ready to lodge an FIR and were asking to avoid taking names of the two production houses. They claim that Mumbai Police is heading in the wrong direction.
