Good news there for the Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan fans as the Delhi Court has rejected the plea to punish the stars in the allegation to hurt the religious sentiments as they were seen entering the sets in a temple with shoes. This has hurt the religious sentiments claims the complaint lodged by a group of people in Delhi. As per the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate – Vandana Jain though has asked the complainant’s lawyer plea to record the pre-summoning evidence for supporting the complaint.
In the action taken report, the Delhi Police had given a clean chit filed by the police wherein it said that the shooting was taking in a makeshift temple , which is actually a set in a studio for a TV reality show, which has simply no intention for hurting the religious sentiments. As per the filed report, the it was Gaurav Gulati the lawyer of the complainant who has filed a complaint against the makers of the Bigg Boss 9 for the said allegation against the sections of 295A and 298 and 34 of the IPC.
On the other side, the makers of the reality show has embarked with an idea of reuniting the two actors over the sets of Kali Mandir simply to cherishing the past in the memory lane of the film Karan Arjun. This idea however was not motivated by any intention of hurting any religious sentiments of any individual or religious group while shooting up the promo that too when the scene was shot in a studio and not in a real temple claims the police.
