Amazon Prime Video is all gearing up for its next web series – Bandish Bandits release next month. After coming out with an interesting teaser, the makers are back with the trailer for the digital audience. It shows the love story of Radhe played by Ritwik Bhowmik and Tamanna played by Shreya Chaudhry who come from two diverse musical backgrounds. The former is a classical musician and the latter is a pop singer.
The trailer introduces both the characters apart from giving the glimpse of how two musical opposites attract each other as they collaborate professionally. Also, you see the glimpse of their conflicts and differences due to their diversity. The trailer also introduces other characters including Naseeruddin Shah who plays the role of Radhe’s grandfather apart from being a celebrated Hindustani classical musician from Rajasthan.
The other leading man in the film is Atul Kulkarni who is also seen in one of the pivotal roles in the series. The others in the star cast include Rajesh Tailang, and Sheeba Chaddha. The web series is produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra, tha man known for producing series like Bang Baaja Baaraat. It has Anand Tiwari as its director, the man who directed the films like Love Per Square Foot. The webseries also gives the veteran music composers like Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy their debut in it.
