It’s been quite some time to see any comedy hitting the theaters from Bollywood. Today was the day to find one in the form of Hamshakals. Sajid Khan got the next chance to recover from the disaster he faced while making Himmatwala. Looking at the first half occupancy report of the movie, the figures seem promising for the filmmakers particularly for Sajid Khan. The movie was released far and wide in not more than 3700 screen in India, which itself promises a great number. However, the real figure would embark today, which will decide whether the movie is a hit or miss.
As of now, the movie comes out with strong figures at places like Delhi and NCR along with Jaipur and Mumbai. Delhi top the list with the occupancy figure as 30 percent, even the NCR areas like Noida and Gurgaon seems doing well with the figure or around 25-30 percent. Both Mumbai and Jaipur were seen singing the same tune of 25 percent, which is actually a good sign for the movie.
