Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay to be arrested for shooting offensive scene in Goa?
Recently, a report has just come related to Lock Upp contestant Poonam Pandey and her husband Sam Bombay. According to the reports, it has been said that an FIR has been lodged against the model and her husband.
A local individual has made a complaint in Goa Police Station with the allegations of shooting an offensive scene in Goa. A charge sheet has been filed against the two for allegedly shooting an obscene video in the coastal state in 2020. The charge sheet was filed last week ahead of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Canacona, under various sections about obscenity, trespassing, and circulation of the obscene video, informed Canacona police official Pravin Gawas to PTI.
The couple has now been charged under Indian Penal Code Sections 447 (criminal trespass), 292, 293 (obscenity), and 294 (reciting or uttering any obscene song or words in a public place), and provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 and the Information Technology Act.
Well, a few weeks back, during the Lock Upp, Poonam Pandey had stated that she has been a victim of domestic violence. She was quoted saying, “I can’t smell things, I ask people around me about the smell. That’s how I smell things. When the domestic violence happened to me, I lost my sense of smell completely. With brain haemorrhage, it is connected. But honestly, I am mentally and physically much stronger right now.”
