Bad news there for the actor Andrew Jack as he dies at the age of 76 due to coronavirus complications. Andrew is best known for his role in the film Star Wars playing Major Ematt. He was reported with the virus two days back and just two days after when he was getting the treatment at one of the hospitals in Chertsey, England, he lost his life. It was Jill McCullough his agent who confirmed this news in the media.
While talking about Andrew, he said that the actor was based at one of the houseboats located at the banks of river Thames. He was with his wife whom he loved a lot and worked her as a dialect coach as well. Gabrielle Rogers, late actor’s wife also shared the news on her social media handle and mourned her hubby’s death. As per reports, the actor was diagnosed with the COVID 19 virus just two days ago.
McCullough said that he was seen in pain but later went away peacefully. Jack further said that he will be remembered for his role of Major Ematt in Star Wars movies including “Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi” and “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens”. He was also doing a voice role in the film “Solo: A Star Wars Story”, the “Star Wars” spin-off prequel. He also worked as a dialect coach in Hollywood and has been part of high end ventures like “Men in Black: International”, “Thor: Ragnarok” and “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, along with two of the Avengers movies.
