As B Town actress Kangana Ranaut has been roped in for the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa biopic film, we hear that she has become the highest paid diva in B Town. It was just yesterday only we heard that she had given her nod for the film, which is called as Thalaiv after she made headlines for celebrating her birthday with family keeping it a close affair. As per the latest reports, she has been paid a whopping amount of 24 Crores for the said biopic making her to be the highest paid actress in B Town.
The makers also confirmed about the film, which will be a bilingual project as it will be released in Both Hindi and Tamil languages. The reason why the makers are roped-in the B Town actress as they feel that she has strong star power to make her film reach out to the pan-India audience. And if the reports are to be believed she has even signed the contract with the makers and would soon going to start the film.
Talking about the film she said that she often wanted to work in regional films. She said that the audience in the south only likes to watch movies made by their south Indian film industry. She said that she has been waiting for the right film and with their former CM’s biopic she got the right movie that can connect with the audience in the South.
