According to rumors, BB16 has cast Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 actor Gautam Vij.
The actor was featured on a fan club page for the program, which also revealed that he is a definite contestant for Bigg Boss 16. The Colors channel recently posted a video of an actor in a mask responding to a few questions. Despite the fact that his face was hidden, many people assumed that he was just Gautam. The actor also acknowledged in the teaser video that he was a tremendous fan of late actors Sidharth Shukla, who won Bigg Boss 14, and Asim Riaz.

However, the broadcaster has not yet officially announced Gautam Vij as a confirmed participant in the reality competition. For those who are unaware, Vij has worked in the television industry for more than 6 years. Meanwhile, rumors are rampant that Sajid Khan, actress Sumbul Touqeer of Imlie fame, Surbhi Jyoti, and Anjali Arora may appear on the program. On October 1, 2022, Bigg Boss 16 will make its television debut on Colors TV starting at 9.30 p.m.
