Tina Datta is an actress more active on the small screen and in films. She was born on 27 November 1991 in Calcutta. She did her schooling and college in her own hometown. She did her schooling at Meghmala Roy Education Centre(Behala) and St. Paul’s Boarding & Day School while completing her college in Calcutta. She started working at the age of five and was seen in a TV show called Sister Nivedita playing the leading lady’s daughter. She even acted in a couple of TV shows as a child artist.Â
While talking about her films, she first appeared in Tharak a Bengali movie along with others like Chokher Bali in 2003. She was then seen in the film Parineeta playing the teenager Lalita. In 2008, he played the character of Priyanka in Chirodini Tumi Je Amar. While talking about TV shows, she first appeared in Khela a Bengali show, and others like Durga, and I Laugh You, and then came Hindi shows like Uttaran, Koi Aane Ko Hai, Comedy Circus, Bigg Boss 5, Comedy Nights with Kapil, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, Box Cricket League 1, 2, and 4.Â
She also was seen in Comedy Classes as a Guest and in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 as a Contestant but was eliminated in March 2016. She then came in Comedy Nights Bachao playing Karmaphal Data Shani Dhamini the Wife of Shani and Daayan Jahnvi Chaudhry / Kundani Roy. Talking about the award shows, she bagged a few at the Producers Guild Film Awards Best Actress in a Drama Series, Kalakar Awards Best New Face (Female), and 16th Lion Gold Awards as Best Actress. She is now all set to make her debut in a web series with the show called Naxalbari. Talking about her personal life, she is single and not dating anyone.
