Met Gala 2022 was co-chaired by lake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Regina King, and Lin-Manuel Miranda, which invited celebrities and fashion stars to contribute their own variations of the “Gilded Glamour” theme.
While the red carpet gowns receive the most of the attention at the Met Gala, the men of Hollywood certainly dressed the part on fashion’s biggest night.
1) Shawn Mendes:
Very popular singer Shawn Mendes is seen in a pure medieval Anime prince. He channeled his inner Disney prince as he walked the Met Gala red carpet in a navy blue Tommy Hilfiger overcoat with scarlet lining.
2) Oscar Issac:
Oscar Isaac, who picked to wear a dress for the fashionable night, was another celebrity that drew attention. Oscar is most known for his role as Moon Knight in Marvel’s Moon Knight, which is presently streaming on Disney + Hotstar.
3) Alessandro Michele and Jared Leto:
On Monday, Jared Leto walked the red carpet at the Met Gala 2022, and he looked exactly like Alessandro Michele, the creative director of Gucci and his longtime friend.
The 50-year-old House of Gucci celebrity and the 49-year-old fashion designer wore cream tuxedos with floral decorations, white dress shirts, and bright red ties.
4) Fredrik Robertsson:
Robertsson, a self-labeled “fashion addict,” walked the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Wearing an Iris Van Herpen silver spiky gown.
5) Jordan Roth:
Jordan Roth, a theatre producer, walked the Met Gala red carpet in a costume that turned heads and stole the event.
6) Ryan Reynolds:
The Deadpool actor Ryan Ronalds appeared with his wife Blake Lively and stunned the glam night in Black Tuxedo.
7) Joe Jonas:
Joe Jonas has seen in a Louis Vuitton classic black and white tuxedo. For an added dose of Met Gala drama, his jacket had black and white striped piping, whitetails, black lapels and buttons, and a lace train. Jonas wore a platinum necklace with onyx and diamonds, an 18k gold diamond ring with a 5-stone old mine cut setting, and a vintage Tiffany & Co. marquise-cut diamond ring.
