It seems that Priyanka Chopra after doing Mary Kom has inspired to promote the sports of Boxing. Considering the low popularity of boxing sport in India, PC and her Mary Kom team has networked with an NGO called KETTO Foundation, which will together raise money for MKRBF (Mary Kom Regional Boxing Foundation). This will eventually help in talent hunt and nurturing it for boxing especially from the underprivileged youth, who all have the skills and potentials to make their country proud but fail to accomplish their dreams due to poverty. The team comprising of PEE CEE, Mary Kom herself and the team of the movie along with the NGO would be doing the crowd funding events to raise the money.
PC believes in sending back the elevator down, which according to her is a responsible act that comes in the form of raising money and sending back to Imphal to Mary for her foundation. This will really help the young sportspeople who have the talents but fail to accomplish their dreams owing to less money and poverty. According to Priyanka Chopra, she has seen and acted the role of Mary Kom and the way she has slogged against all odd to stand and make her country proud in the sporting event called boxing.
