Shraddka Kapoor is all set to rock in the upcoming sequel of Rock On 2 starring Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli who all were there in their original cult franchise. The news about her presence in the said sequel came via the Aashiqui 2 actress only wherein she announced her excitement on Twitter. She claimed to be the big fan of the Rock On and simply loved the characters found in it. She also said that she is very much excited about playing her character in the said sequel. The role comprises of singing in the live performances, which according to her is difficult to find.
However, as per the earlier reports, it was Alia Bhatt who was supposed to play the lead role in the film but now the actress of Aashiqui 2 only coming out and confirming the same in the social media platform, things sound to be different. Perhaps with this Alia Bhatt’s fan may end up getting disappointed, but may be the choice of Shraddha Kapoor in the said film would go in the favour of Rock On filmmakers. Let’s see how things go?
