Sharmaji Namkeen’s foot-tapping song Ye Luthrey is OUT

Ahead of its release, the makers of Sharmaji Namkeen has just released the first song of the film titled Ye Luthrey. The peppy humming song is all about Sharmaji’s love for cooking. Sharing the track on social media, producer Farhan Akhtar wrote, “Here’s adding some namkeen to your weekend. #YeLuthrey out now.” The beautiful song is crooned by Jasbir Jassi and composed by Sneha Khanwalkar.

Earlier, Farhan Akhtar had also shared a video in which Ranbir revealed that Rishi Kapoor’s unfortunate demise resulted in the makers trying VFX. He remembers his father with a phrase saying, “You must have heard ‘The show must go on’, but I’ve seen Papa live his life.” The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor also added that ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ will always be my one of the most fondest memories of my father. Upon the screen, bringing a smile to his countless fans”

Farhan Akhtar had also shared the new poster of the film. In this poster, the actor can be seen and in the second half of the screen, Juhi Chawla can be seen dancing along with her ladies squad.

Sharmaji Namkeen is directed by Hitesh Bhatia and produced by Excel Entertainment in association with MacGuffin Pictures. It stars the late Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal, both of whom play the titular character, alongside Juhi Chawla, Suhail Nayyar, Taaruk Raina, Satish Kaushik, Sheeba Chaddha, and Isha Talwar. The movie will premiere on Prime Video on March 31.
