Salman Khan, Kartik Aaryan, and Kriti Sanon to Unite for Dharmaveer 2 Trailer Launch

In 2022, Bollywood Hungama broke the news that superstar Salman Khan would be launching the trailer of the Marathi film Dharmaveer. Now, two years later, history is set to repeat itself as the trailer launch of the sequel, Dharmaveer 2, is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Saturday, July 20, in a grand venue in South Mumbai. Once again, Salman Khan will be the chief guest at this highly anticipated event. Joining Salman Khan as chief guests are Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde and Hon. Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis. But the star power doesn’t end there. The event will also be graced by the presence of Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Kriti Kharbanda, Pulkit Samrat, Boman Irani, Daisy Shah, Nushrat Bharuccha, Manish Paul, Sonal Chauhan, and Varun Sharma. With such star-studded attendance, the Dharmaveer 2 trailer launch is undoubtedly set to be one of the biggest events of the year.

Dharmaveer is a film based on the life of the late Anand Dighe, a beloved and respected leader of Shiv Sena and Maharashtra. Interestingly, Eknath Shinde, the Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra, was a protégé of Anand Dighe. In the first installment of Dharmaveer, the character portraying Eknath Shinde was played by Kshitish Date, while Anand Dighe was portrayed by Prasad Oak.Pravin Tarde, the writer and director of the original Dharmaveer, is also associated with the sequel in the same capacity. It is worth noting that Pravin Tarde shares a close bond with Salman Khan and was part of Salman’s 2021 Eid release, Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai.

He also directed and acted in Mulshi Pattern (2018), which was remade by Salman Khan in Hindi as Antim – The Final Truth.Dharmaveer 2, backed by Zee Studios, is all set to release on August 9. The first installment of the film was a massive hit, and the sequel is expected to perform exceptionally well at the box office. The fact that it is releasing in an election year adds to its intrigue value. As fans eagerly await the trailer launch and the film’s release, Dharmaveer 2 is poised to make a significant impact in the industry.
