Rishi Kapoor Spills the Beans on how Ranbir Kapoor planned his treatment in NY
As we hear the news of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor returning home next month after his treatment for cancer, he has recently talked about how the treatment was planned in New York City by his son. He has been in the US for his treatment since the past one year and has remained there for several months with his wife Ritu. Both his son and daughter have been frequently visiting him too often
Many of his industry colleagues and friends like Junior Bachchan, Salman Khan, and Priyanka Chopra have visited him at NY, the Mulk actor shared how things have gone so far in his life. Also, people from the non-filmy background like Mukesh Ambani and former Indian cricket skipper Kapil Dev visited him. Talking about the same, he said he was busy with his film Jhoota Kahin Ka when he was diagnosed with the condition. Ranveer took everything on his shoulder to manage the affair.
He went straight to the production house office talked to the producer explaining the conditions. He took no time to waste and headed to Delhi where he was shooting for the said movie. Ranbir then arranged everything for his father, right from the visa to tickets and many more things his father needed for the journey. The 102 Not Out actor said that his son forced him to leave NY and accompanied with him to the US. He stood with Rishi Kapoor till he things went under the control and the treatment started. He also informed that his completed the dubbing for his recently released film Jhoota Kahin Ka in the US alone.
