Ananth Narayan Mahadevan’s upcoming directorial ‘Aksar 2’ will soon arrive in the theatres. The team of the film has a news update and it’s about how they braved a venomous Jellyfish on the sets. ‘Aksar 2’ team was filming for the track “Jaana Ve” in Mauritius on an island and they had to face the risk of being stung by a venomous Jellyfish, but somehow managed to escape the incident.

Talking about this, a close source revealed “The song “Jaana Ve” was shot on a far-flung island in Mauritius, which can only be approached by speedboats. The water was infested with jellyfish and Zareen was warned not to step on them while filming. She just about managed to escape each time and came out unscathed. However, co-producer Rajan Bahadur wasn’t so lucky and ended up with a painful bite and had to be rushed to a hospital for medical attention.”

‘Aksar 2’ is the next instalment of the 2006 release ‘Aksar’ and it’s produced by Narendra Bajaj and Chirag Bajaj. The lyrics are written by Sayeed Qadri and Mithoon has composed the music for this flick. Presented by Siddhi Vinayak Creations, the erotic thriller ‘Aksar 2’ features Zareen Khan, Gautam Rode, Mohit Madaan, Abhinav Shukla, Lillete Dubey and Sreesanth. Emraan Hashmi will appear in cameo role in it.

The director Mahadevan said the film ‘Aksar 2’ is a good old fashioned suspense drama with a black humour in it and it’s about ‘how done it’, ‘why done it’. He expects this fascinating and intricate movie will entertain the viewers with a great storyline. Zarine Khan essays the role of governess of Mrs Khambatta (played by Lillette Dubey), who is an ageing owner of an empire. Eliminating Mrs Khambatta is the plan, however it goes wrong and the story proceeds.
