Ranveer Singh’s Wedding Pictures: Have They Really Been Deleted? Here’s the Truth
Actor Ranveer Singh surprised his fans on Tuesday by clearing his Instagram account of old pictures, including those with his wife, actor Deepika Padukone. The couple, who are currently expecting a baby, is enjoying a vacation together. It appears that Ranveer has either deleted or archived all his previous pictures, with the first post dating back to January 2023. Consequently, the couple’s wedding pictures have also vanished from the profile. Although their 2018 wedding pictures are no longer visible, recent pictures such as anniversary and Diwali celebrations remain.
Currently, the actor’s profile features only 133 posts. Ranveer’s Instagram activity is likely part of a social media strategy. This isn’t the first time the couple has taken such action. Earlier, Deepika Padukone had similarly wiped her entire profile clean with zero posts on December 31, 2020, before launching an audio diary. While her wedding pictures were also absent from her profile, she later unarchived them, leaving only those pictures on her grid while everything else was removed. Ranveer’s Instagram activity coincided with the surfacing of pictures from their “babymoon trip,” where Deepika was seen with a baby bump.
In February this year, the couple announced their first child’s impending arrival through an Instagram post. They revealed that their baby was due in September 2024.

Since then, they’ve only made public appearances together at the grand Ambani wedding. On the work front, Deepika has two film releases scheduled for this year—Kalki 2898 AD, led by Prabhas, and a special appearance in Singham Again, where she will portray a cop alongside Ranveer, who is already part of the cop universe as Simmba.
