Jaideep Ahlawat is among the emerging actors of Bollywood who has acted in a number of movies. He hails from a village called Kharkara in Rohtak, Haryana wherein he was born and brought up at. He did his graduation from MDU and later headed to Pune to complete his graduation from Film & Television Institute of India. After completing his education from FTII in 2008, he headed to Mumbai to pursue his dreams to become an actor. He started his career in Bollywood with a small role in a movie called Narmeen, which is basically a short film released in 2008. Later he got Aakrosh in 2010 and the same year the comedy satire of Akshay Kumar called Khatta Meetha wherein his role of a politician was appreciated in the film circles.
Since then it was no looking back for him and he got his next venture called Gangs of Wasseypur of Anurag Kashyap wherein he played the character called Shahid Khan. Though he appeared with smaller roles in movies like Chittagong and Rockstar but these went unnoticed till he got Gangs of Wasseypur. He then was seen in a Tamily spy thriller movie called Vishwaroopam with Kamal Hassan, which turned a big success in south in 2013. The very same year, it was made in Hindi, which brought attention towards this man. Some of his movies include Aatma, Commando, Gabbar is Back and the sequel of Vishwaroopam. His recently released movie is Meeruthiya Gangster.
