Varun Toorkey is not an unknown name in small screen world. He is a popular actor of small screen. He hails from Mumbai wherein he was born and brought up at. He was born on 9th January 1990. He did his schooling from Mumbai followed by her college from Mithibai College, Juhu. Since his college days, he was engaged in modeling, which continued when he completed his graduation in commerce. Soon he got the chance to enter into the world of acting with small screen. His TV serial – Qubool Hai aired on the Zee TV giving him the character called Shaad Aftaab made him popular among the small screen world.
Soon he got another TV serial called Hum Ko TumSe Ho Gaya Hai Pyar Kya Kare, which is produced by Panorama Entertainment productions. He came with the lead role of Ishaani in the Star Plus for the same. It is a love story found in between Varun and Ishaani wherein the former is seen have lived in the family belonging to the middle class family.
