Kranti Prakash Jha is an actor and model who is active in Bollywood movies. He hails from Begusarai, Bihar, and was born 2nd November 1988 in the said place. Besides being an actor and model, he is also an entrepreneur, producer and TV personality. He did his schooling from Purnia, Bihar and then headed to Delhi to complete his graduation in Hindu College. His father was a bureaucrat and was posted in Purnia that made him his schooling in the said place. However, he then headed towards the creative field. 

He started working in different ads appearing in different commercial ads and music videos. Soon he got the chance to work in a Maithili film Mithila Makhaan, which bagged a few awards followed by a Bhojpuri film Deswa followed by another called Once Upon a Time in Bihar in the leading roles. He then got the chance to enter Bollywood and he did a few films starting with the Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie called Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela in 2013 appearing with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone

Kranti Prakash Jha finally managed to get big with MS Dhoni: The Untold story with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput playing his friend Santosh. He then appeared in other movies like Kaashi in Search of Ganga in 2018 and the other called Batla House in 2019. He then got the chance to work in small screen as well doing the one called Swami Ramdev – Ek Sangharsh appeared in Discovery JEET Channel in 2018. He then played the character called Baba Swami Ramdev in the serial. It soon got streamed on Netflix giving him a global exposure. Recently she was seen in the show Raktanchal (2020).
