Judwaa 2 First Weekend scoring high on day 4 at box office surpassing Rs 80 crore mark
The extended weekend has done wonders for the film Judwaa 2. The movie has emerged out as a fresh air for B Town. After a long time we get to see a movie doing really well over the box office, which was not the case with any other film in the B Town. The Varun Dhawan starrer movie has crossed the 50 score mark in the first 3 days only and now it is nearing to complete its 100 crore by the end of coming two days. The film has done wonders by giving a decent collection over the first Monday as well.
As per reports, the film Judwaa 2 has so far collected around 20 crores with an average of 20 crores on every day starting from Friday to Monday. The makers were smart enough to release the film on a right time having Durga Puja along with Dussehra and Gandhi Jayanti coming together. So, it was a lucky weekend or rather extended weekend for the film giving a mind blowing collection for the sequel. So far the film has collected 16.10 crore on the first day, with Saturday the business reached at 20.55 crore while on Sunday it tolled to around 22.60 and on Monday it went ahead to touch 80 crore figure.
With this collection the film went on to emerge as the third highest weekend grosser for any B Town film in the year 2017. With such a pace, the film seems to make more such records in the coming days or the weeks. The film is based on the film of Salman Khan which was carried out by Varun Dhawan playing the two characters of Prem and Raja together. The ladies in the film were played by the actresses like Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu who were seen playing the character of Karisma Kapoor and Rambha respectively. The film is packed with loads of action, romance, love, drama and humor, which is on the verge of becoming a hug grosser over the box office
