Ranveer Singh turns absolute baddie in new poster of ‘Padmavati’
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s forthcoming much-talked about attraction ‘Padmavati’ has flooded the gossip columns with various interesting news updates. Recently, the makers released first look posters of the lead stars and here comes a fresh poster of Ranveer Singh, who portrays the role of Sultan Alauddin Khilji in this majestic period drama.
The first poster showed Ranveer as kohl-eyed, bare-chested, intense eyes and untamed hair and in the new poster, we can see Ranveer Singh as a complete baddie, who is seeing his battle-scarred reflection in the mirror. For the very first time, Ranveer will be rendering a completely negative character and it will be a treat for his fans.
The film ‘Padmavati’ features Deepika Padukone in the role of the Queen of Chittor, Padmavati. Shahid Kapoor will be seen playing Rani Padmavati’s husband Rawal Ratan Singh. Ranveer Singh essays the ruthless king, Sultan Alauddin Khilji.
Produced by Viacom 10 Motion Pictures and Bhansali Productions, the movie ‘Padmavati’ is all set to release on December 1.
