The success of the film Parmanu – The Story Of Pokhran and Satyameva Jayate in 2018 has made John Abraham the most desirable actors in B Town. He is now lined up with a couple of interesting movies this year. Now, he is currently shooting for his next film called Pagalpanti by Anees Bazmee. The movie will be shot extensively in places like Leeds and London. While he was shooting for the film, he seemed to have suffered a muscle tear. After the injury, the actor has been advised to take bed rest for two weeks.
The film was shot in Mumbai for its last schedule, but with John meeting the accident over the sets on 23rd May at the Mehboob Studios, the thing has gone on a standstill. He was shooting for an action sequence when he suffered a muscle tear in his arm, which prevented him to shoot for the next two weeks. The film has Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’cruz, Kriti Kharbanda, Pulkit Samrat and Arshad Warsi in the lead role and they all were present when the accident took place. He is not asked to take rest for 20 days to recover.
As per the producers of the film, it was mistiming that remains the cause behind the injury. They have completed almost 90 percent of the shoot in the UK. Now, they were shooting in Mumbai, however, with this injury, they have to reschedule their shoot and the decision would be taken only after consulting with John Abraham. They now plan to shoot by the end of June. The film has an interesting star cast, while it is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat, and Abhishek Pathak. The film is slated to hit the screens on December 6, 2019.
