The streaming giant – Netflix is known for coming out series and films with out of the box. Their shows are known to have innovative ideas. One of these include the Indian Matchmaking series, which seemed to be an interesting show. Of late, it has grabbed good eyeballs ever since it started streaming from 16th July. The series has been following the singles in India apart from America as well. These have been working with the help of a matchmaker Sima Taparia who plays her part to bring the best spouse for the eligible bachelors or spinsters.
As per Koimoi, it is an eight episode series, which is a perfect blend of a documentary and reality show. The show culminates with a cliffhanger when we see the matchmaker Sima finding a new client called Richa and then shares the list of qualifications to find her Mr. Right. However, the story of Richa seemed to end in the middle without coming with a resolution. All we see then is speculations coming from the audience about the probability of season 2.
So, now the big question is, will Netflix get the second season where Richa can find her Mr. RIght? Talking about the same, Smirti Mundhra the Oscar nominated creator said that the story continues and it could be both off and on-camera. She further added that life is to go on and so the story of life. She further stated that she is also hoping to see the second season. So once she has things taking up the right shape, she will announce about the same. Well, if you have watched the first season, you would be anticipated for the second. Stay tuned!
