Humpty sharma ki dulhaniya first day box office collection
Another movie from Karan Johar called Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania has hit today the theaters. As per reports, the movie has been released in around 2000 screens all over the country. The movie has the spice in its story, which makes the script a bit different, whereas the Varun Alia couple has been popular of late in the industry, which people would like to watch them in any movie. The chemistry between these two guys seems incredible both on and off screen. The movie is all about fun and entertainment. Both the guys are playing the fun loving character. Varun comes with real masti in the character of Humpty Sharma, while Alia is seen in the role of Kavya who is an energetic and feisty kind of teenage in the movie. It is modern day DDLJ kind of movie, being produced by same Karan Johar was the part and parcel of the blockbuster movie released in 90’s with SRK.
With some positive elements attached with the movie, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania got a good start in the morning and afternoon show with occupancy reaching to around 30-40 percent. The figures were on high at Delhi and NCR region particularly in Gurgaon apart from Delhi and Chandigarh. The northern cities dominated with 40 percent, while Mumbai the B Town turns to around 30 percent. As per trade analyst, since it’s the only movie hitting the theatres, hence seeing such response was expected, which is likely to rise up as the day turns dusky. The experts are banking on the figure of around 7-8 crores of collection by the end of this day, which similar or even higher figures the coming weekend. The only movie, which can give a bit of competition, is Ek Villain, which has now crossed 100 crore since past 13 days. Still HSKD has nothing to worry, as the filmmakers have chosen the safest dates to see the movie hitting the theaters.
