Hrithik Roshan has surprised the audience with his immense performance in War released in 2019. The film produced by Yash Raj Films earned Rs. 300 crore at the box office. And Hrithik’s massy avatar was loved by the audience.
However, since then the actor hasn’t come up with anything new. On January 10 the superstar’s birthday this year he announced his collaboration with War director Fighter, co-starring Deepika Padukone.
Now according to the latest update Hrithik has signed another interesting project. He will be starring in the Hindi remake of Tamil film, Vikram Vedha. It has also been reported that he’ll be seen sharing screen space with none other than Saif Ali Khan
Bollywood Hungama quoted a source as saying , “The makers have decided to release the Vikram Vedha remake on September 30, 2022. The film goes on floors soon and the team of the film is confident that it’ll be ready by then. Also, it’s a great date since Gandhi Jayanti (October 2) and Dussehra (October 5) both fall in the release week. This would ensure healthy footfalls translating into superb box office numbers.”
The remake would be directed by Gayatri and Pushkar, the director duo of the original film.
Meanwhile, Fighter was originally scheduled for release on September 30, 2022. But looking at the present situation it may differ.
Vikram Vedha was released in 2017 the film starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi.
