When Twitterati Troller Akshay Kumar for his ‘Toronto is my home’ video
Just a day after the actor Akshay Kumar clarified about his citizenship issue, there was a video of the actor going viral where he said Toronto is his home. He has been making headlines since past few days, some time for the interview with the Indian PM, his silence for not voting and dodging the question and many more similar things. Now, we hear that the actor has been made as to the brand ambassador for Canadian tourism in our country in the year 2010.
While clearing the cloud about Canadian citizenship, he said that he fails to understand the kind of negativity surrounding this subject. We also saw an old video of the actor going viral where he said that he is Canda is his home as it went viral, the people on the Microblogging site took him to the task. In the video, he said that he wants to remind people that Canada and Toronto is his home and once he retires, he would return to his place.
The Social media blasted the actor calling him to be a hypocrite and a man who is a fake nationalist. Some even asked him if he does has a Canadian passport, he should return to his home. Someone questioned the actor that when he lives and earn in India why not have an Indian passport. A few also defended him calling him an Indian lover, but a majority of people on Twitter thrashed him for his absence at the Polling Booth when his own wife was seen. Talking about his work, he is doing a couple of films this year including Good News and Housefull 4.
