Here is how you can define your own systems to build a healthy relationship with stress

If you are looking for ways to improve your relationship with stress, know that you are not alone. If you are frequently stressed due to job pressure, financial insecurity, personal problems, or health challenges, you are not alone. Stress, according to mental health doctors, is not evil, but it is strong and signifies that something has to change – and that action is required.

What actually important is how you deal with stress. Stress is an unavoidable aspect of life, and it is usually beyond one’s control; but, one may choose how they react to it. I know folks who become friends with stress and persevere in the face of adversity. Instead of learning how to “cope,” design your own techniques for developing a healthy relationship with stress. This enables you to successfully channel your emotions and maintain a sense of flow even in the face of unexpected life events.

Here are some ways to redefine your relationship with stress –

● Yoga-based meditation procedures should be followed: Meditative modalities, which activate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve systems, along with methods such as breathwork, body consciousness, selective awareness, and visualisation, not only alleviate mental health disorders but also improve quality of life.

Recent worldwide studies have discovered that non-pharmaceutical regimens such as Yoga of Immortals can alleviate anxiety, sadness, and sleeplessness in 72-82% of participants after only 4-6 weeks of practise.

● Write the Golden Book: Keeping a diary on a regular basis is an excellent approach to reinforce good belief systems and establish neuropathways that will assist you in manifesting your full potential. On a daily basis, visualise and write down aspects of your short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals with pure intention and passion.

●Express thankfulness more frequently: The emotion of gratitude has the ability to heal. Practice being appreciative for the tiny things that happened during the day, as well as anything that helped you learn, develop, and progress. This will allow you to develop your own strength and talents.

●Bring awareness to your thoughts, words, and actions. Bring mindfulness even when you sit, eat, or converse. Do at least one action with total mindfulness during the day. Pay attention to the current moment and be an active force in your life. Live a purposeful life and don’t let life happen to you.
