Radhika Madan to play Irrfan Khan’s daughter in Hindi Medium sequel
As Irrfan Khan returns to the sets of Angrezi Medium it was a big day for everyone to see the actor’s comeback after nine month’s gap as he was away to London for his treatment. This time the story deals with overseas education, and it is Irrfan’s daughter who leaves to the US to study her master’s program. The first part was a big hit as it questioned the craze behind getting into the elite school and it had the Pak star Saba Qamar in it along with Sara’s mother, Amrita Singh.
The film had a low budget but had the appeal with an interesting concept that helped the film to do well at the box office. Now, as we check the sequel, the film has made curious about it and the star cast. As per reports, the film has Radhika Madan playing the lead role who will be seen the reel daughter of Irrfan Khan. As the film hit the floor at Udaipur, it had several actors like Dinesh Vijan, Deepak Dobriyal and others were seen shooting for it.
Radhika Madan was seen earlier in Pataakha who would be playing the character in it. She will be seen going abroad to study her master’s program. However, the official announcement is yet to be made for the Patakha actress. Irrfan Khan in the sequel would be playing the character of Champak who is into the business of sweets, and he is into this business since decades. Since his daughter has the aspiration to study abroad in the UK, the man sends her out. The second schedule of the shoot would be in London once the makers complete the first phase of shooting at Udaipur.
