As the days for the Zoya Akhtar’s forthcoming movie – Dil Dhadakne Do is appearing, things around the film seems to be unearthing. We have seen Farhan Akhtar playing a number of roles as an actor, right from playing Milkha Singh in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag to the rock star in Rock On, he seems to do justice to the character he plays. Now, as far as his character in his upcoming movie Dil Dhadakne Do, which is also co-producing with Hitesh Sidwani is concerned, he seems to be playing the character of a journalist.
Though in his real life, he has interacted with a number of reporters and journalists, however, playing the same character in his films is an interesting experience for him. In fact, he has understood the character with experience of dealing with journalists far and wide in his life. This is perhaps the reason, why he claims to have played the character with a good amount of conviction. He is playing the character of a journalist who belongs to an international media house.
He finds the character interesting to play in the movie as he says that in his real life, he is also a writer, which resembles to the character of any real time journalists. He comes for the vacation in the said cruise wherein he is also seen playing the third angle of Rahul Bose and Priyanka Chopra’s marriage. Both Priyanka and Farhan have been knowing from long and had been love until they lost touch with each other. With this cruise, they are back in touch and now PC wants to settle down with him leaving his faltered marriage behind.
