Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee Pannu Unite for a supernatural thriller
After working in Manmarziyaan as a leading lady, Tapsee Pannu is back again with the popular filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. The lady has given a thumping performance in the film with her role called Rumi. The film Manmarziyaan had other actors including Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kausal playing the lead male roles. Now talking about these two actors, they are part of the film called Saand Ki Aankh, which has already hit the floor. In fact, the film hit the floors last month, and it also has the Toilet: Ek Prem Katha actress Bhumi Pednekar in it.
As per reports, the two are working in a supernatural thriller movie, which is one of the genres that has remained rare to be explored in the Hindi Cinema. Talking about the film Taapsee was seen saying that she has not done this genre before. And for the filmmaker, she said that she was expecting to work with the director in the future but never thought that this would happen so soon. She further stated that she would be discussing the stories soon and even before that she has given her consent to the film.
As per reports, the title is yet to be confirmed for the film, while Sunir Kheterpal is producing the film and it will be released next year. Taapsee Pannu was seen in the film called Badla which is a remake of a Spanish film called The Invisible Guest. The film did decent business, and it has Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.
