Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family are now to coming out of the problems. The actor’s niece has accused his brother of sexual harassment. A complaint has also been lodged at Jamia Police Station in Delhi. Now on this matter, Nawazuddin’s brother Shamas has presented a tweet.
Shamas tweeted and wrote, ‘How can someone mislead the law and get a case registered with different statements about the same case? When Nawazuddin Siddiqui was not named in the court statement two years ago. And this case is already going on in the Uttarakhand High Court.
How can someone misguide the law and file the same case with different statement at @DelhiPolice , when there was no name of @Nawazuddin_S in the earlier statement given 2 years back to Court & the case is in #UttrakhandHighCourt as well.

In another tweet, Shamas said that false news is being spread in the media and the truth will be revealed soon. Shamas wrote, ‘It is clear in the media the intentions of the person who spread false news. The truth will be revealed very soon.
It clearly indicates the motive and the person behind publicising this fake things in media.

The victim accused
The victim said in a statement, “I have filed a complaint against my uncle. This is the case when I was nine years old. When I was two, my mother and father got divorced. Papa got married again and I moved in with my step mother. I was tortured a lot. I was a child then, so I could not understand anything. But when I grew up, I realized that my uncle did wrong to me, it was wrong for him to touch me. ‘
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s niece said, ‘My in-laws are being harassed. All these things also include my father and elder father i.e. Nawazuddin Siddiqui. My elder father never believed in me. He always postponed saying that his brother cannot do it.
