Eijaz Khan is a popular face of small screen. He was born in Hyderabad on 28th August 1975, while was brought up Mumbai. He did his schooling from Our Lady Of Perpetual Succour High School based in Chembur in Mumbai, while later did his Civil Engineering from the known engineering college called Datta Meghe College of Engineering based in Airoli. He comes from a non filmy background wherein his father runs a business of shock absorbers. After completing his civil engineering, he was involved in his family business. He happens to be the eldest in his family with one brother and sister younger to him.
For him the career of acting was accidental as he got the chance to appear in a music video, which opened up gates for him to enter into this world. He did a number of music albums including Leena O Leena, Ho Gaya Ho Gaya, Patang Wali Dor, Nachche Sari Raat, Kuch To Kaho, AIDS Awareness Video, etc. He then got the chance to do a number of TV commercials, which include the ads for Breeze, TVS Victor, Chloromint and BSNL to name a few. While working with videos and commercials, he got the chance to work in silver screen, wherein he started with the movie Thakshak in the year 1999 starring Ajay Devgn, Rahul Bose and Tabu in the supporting role. He then did a number of other movies, which include Kuch Na Kaho, Just Married, Zameen, etc. while some of his recent movies include Lucky Kabootar in 2014 and Zilla Ghaziabad in 2012.
While working with the silver screen, he also got the chance to act in TV serials. Starting with Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed , he then got a number of K series serials from Ekta Kapoor, which include Kkusum, Kahiin To Hoga – Kkavyanjali, Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, Kayamath, Kasamh Se, Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa, etc. Meanwhile he also participated in a couple of reality shows including Jhalak Dikhlaja, however, owing to the injury he had to remain out for a while affecting his career as well.
As far as his personal life is concerned, he was dating with Anita Hassanandani, however, he had a breakup with her and soon was seen dating a Canadian singer called Natalie Di Luccio, following Nidhi a struggling actress, soon he ended his relationship and now has declared as single. He has won a number of awards at small screen, which include Aap Jaisa Koi 2005 Evergreen Hero, the ITA Bright Onscreen TV Couple of the year award with Anita in the year 2005 and the SPA Best Jodi again with Anita in 2006, etc.
