Divya Agarwal reveals she dated Apurva Padgaonkar for 3 years before Varun Sood
Ever since Divya Agarwal got engaged to restaurateur Apurva Padgaonkar, her fans and netizens are in awe. Nine months after her breakup with ex-boyfriend Varun Sood. The actress was trolled a lot and got comments that she left Varun for money. Now the Bigg Boss OTT winner has revealed that she has known Apurva for the last seven years and was dating him for three years in the past. She said that Padgaonkar helped her overcome her split with Varun, whom she dated for 4 years.
Talking about her relationship with Apurva, Aggarwal said that she was in a relationship with her fiance before dating Varun but they separate. However, they kept in touch and he was always the friend she could go to at any time. She was going through a rough phase after breaking up with Varun and Apurva was like a best friend to her who stood by her like a rock.
Even though Divya said she wasn’t anticipating Apurva to propose, she knew in her heart that he was the kind of man she wanted to settle down with. Divya dated ex-Bigg Boss contestant Priyank Sharma before breaking up with Varun in March of this year. She stated that although a date has not yet been set, she is confident that she will marry Apurva the following year.
Conversation with TOI Divya Agarwal said, “Initially, he did feel that we had long and different working hours, but now he understands. I always feel that in a relationship even if two people are the opposite of each other, what matters is how much one understands and adapts to what the other likes. We haven’t set a date yet, but the marriage will happen next year. Everything in my life has happened unplanned. For now, I just want to enjoy my life with him,”
On her 30th birthday, Divya shared a bunch of images from her engagement to Apurva. Apurva can be seen kissing Divya in one of the photos, and she can also be seen wearing her engagement ring in another. Varun rushed to his Twitter page to offer a peaceful emoji. Many people believed that he was reacting to Divya’s engagement, and they voiced their regret that there was no longer any chance of the two of them being together.
