Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui First Day Box Office Collection

Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor has been garnering a lot of appreciation from the audience. The film has been released today. The story revolves around Maanu (Ayushmann Khurrana) is preparing for a weightlifting competition when he is introduced to Maanvi (Vaani Kapoor), a Zumba instructor. Maanu gradually becomes romantically involved with Maanvi, unknowing of her history, and their relationship blossoms as the plot progresses.

Since the movie has been receiving so many positive reviews the film may take a big jump on the weekends. Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui first day box office opened with 15% occupancy today which was expected, and as of now, it will collect over 3-3.5 cr net on the first day.

As per film producer and film business expert Girish Johar, the movie “looks very promising. The songs are spot on and the trailer has been appreciated. After the pandemic, we have witnessed an onslaught of commercial films but this is something different”. He also believes Ayushmann will attract the audience to cinema halls since he has delivered several hits in the past.

“Also, Ayushmann is coming after a long time. Before the pandemic, he had back-to-back hits to his credit. He has always delivered different kind of cinema. With his films, he wants to convey a particular message comically,” Johar added.

Apart from the lead stars Ayushmann and Vaani the film also features Abhishek Bajaj, Kanwaljit Singh, Gourav Sharma, Yograj Singh, and Aanjjan Srivastav. The film is helmed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Bhushan Kumar along with Guy in The Sky Pictures.
