Box office prediction of Laal Singh Chaddha: Aamir Khan’s film has a lot of potential but only time will tell
Aamir Khan’s upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha is set to hit theatres on August 11, 2022, and fans are beyond excited to see the superstar on the big screen after four years.
Laal Singh Chaddha will be a pivotal release for Aamir, whose previous film, Thugs of Hindostan, bombed at the box office and earned him harsh criticism.
While Laal Singh Chaddha is generating some buzz among moviegoers, reports indicate that it is doing so even before its release.
The film is expected to earn 10 to 15 crore on its opening day. However, according to the analysis, if the film didn’t do well at the box office it would earn 70 to 80 crore overall.
According to reports, Aamir’s Laal Singh Chaddha’s digital rights were sold for Rs 160 crore and its satellite rights for Rs 180 crore. As per the reports, the film’s music rights have been sold for Rs 60 crore, and international rights have been sold for Rs 150 crore.
Nothing has been confirmed, but if the rumours are correct, Aamir’s film has already made a lot of money before its release.
Advait Chandan directs Laal Singh Chaddha, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, and Naga Chaitanya in pivotal roles. The film is a Hindi remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump, which stars Tom Hanks.
In a related note, Laal Singh Chaddha will compete at the box office with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan. It remains to be seen which film will be crowned the winner.
