1. Shahid Kapoor
Jersey, Shahid Kapoor’s most recent film, did not do well in theatres. However, his film, Haider, was amazing. This film was created in response to the Kashmir situation. As shooting in Kashmir was challenging, the film’s budget was kept as low as possible. For this film, the actor also shaved his head. He stated that if this film is a success, he will not charge a single rupee. Shahid fulfilled his promise by not charging a fee for the film’s success. This is because the actor was simply in love with how his character was shaped in the script.
2. Deepika Padukone
Deepika Padukone is a very expensive actress in today’s time, but very few people know that Deepika didn’t charge any fee for her first film, Om Shanti Om. In this film, she was seen opposite Shahrukh Khan.
3. Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most capable actors in Hindi cinema today. He has achieved a position in the industry on the basis of his hard work. I’m not sure how many films Nawaz has appeared in recently. But the film Manto was very dear to him. He charged only one rupee for this film.

5. Farhan Akhtar
Not only Sonam Kapoor, but Farhan Akhtar of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag also forgot about his fees after reading the script for this film. Later, this biopic of Milkha Singh performed exceptionally well at the box office and went on to win several awards. Like Sonam Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar also took 11 rupees and did the entire project for free.
6. Amitabh Bachchan
Big B Amitabh Bachchan is doing numerous films, even in his 80s. There was a time when the actor wanted to work in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film. When this opportunity came to him with the film “Black,” he was so happy with the script that he didn’t charge any amount for doing this film.
