During the #MeToo movement in India in 2018, the filmmaker was accused of sexual misconduct. Many actresses have spoken out about how Sajid treated them. So, when he appeared on Bigg Boss 16, netizens were outraged because they questioned how a #MeToo accused man could get a chance to participate in a reality show.
