Jaideep Ahlawat Surprises Fans with Cameo in Kohrra: Season 2

Jaideep Ahlawat, who has been making waves recently with acclaimed performances in The Family Man Season 3 (2025) and Ikkis (2026), has delighted fans with a surprise cameo in Kohrra: Season 2, which premiered today on Netflix. The actor, who recently replaced Akshaye Khanna in Drishyam 3 and is also part of Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated King, adds yet another feather to his cap with this unexpected appearance.

Ahlawat’s cameo is a brief, blink-and-you-miss-it moment that has viewers replaying the scene to confirm it’s really him. Credited as “Railway Lineman,” he appears in two shots and even delivers a line, making his presence memorable despite the short screen time.

Interestingly, Kohrra: Season 2 is co-written and directed by Sudip Sharma, who also penned Paatal Lok—the series that significantly boosted Jaideep’s career. Another writer on the show, Gunjit Chopra, was involved with Paatal Lok Season 1, strengthening the creative connection.

The series stars Barun Sobti, Mona Singh, Rannvijay Singha, Anuraag Arora, and Pradhuman Singh Mall, among others. Directed by Sudip Sharma and Faisal Rahman, Kohrra: Season 2 follows two cops investigating the murder of an NRI woman, navigating complex personal challenges and unraveling the motives of three suspects closely linked to the victim.

Jaideep’s cameo adds an exciting surprise for fans and complements the gripping narrative of this critically praised crime thriller. Meanwhile, the second season of the Mona Singh’s is making news in the media, check the same as under:
