The seventh episode of filmmaker-producer Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan has concluded. On Thursday, the final episode of KWK 7 aired, starring Tanmay Bhat, Danish Sait, Niharika NM, and Kusha Kapila. In the thirteenth episode of KJo’s chat program, the four Koffee Awards jury members grilled the host. Regarding his frequent mentions of Alia Bhatt on his chat program, they questioned Karan. The filmmaker responded to the same and then shared what Alia had said to him about it.
Karan disclosed on Koffee With Karan 7 that he and Alia had a conversation regarding him mentioning the actress in his show. Karan revealed what Alia had told him about it, he said, “I have to be very aware because, honestly, Alia and I had a chat about this. She’s like, ‘Karan, I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but you have to stop talking about me’. I’m like, okay, it has come from the horse’s mouth herself, so I’ve to shut the f*** up about it.”
The filmmaker went on to add how people reacted after he wore a jacket with ‘Italia’ written over it. “I even wore a jacket the other day that said ‘Italia’ and everyone just said I had Alia written on it. I have reached a point where I’m wearing a jacket by her name,” he added.
Karan Johar’s work front:
In terms of his professional endeavors, KJo is now enjoying the success of his production company, Brahmastra. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor played the two main characters in the movie. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Karan’s first directorial effort, will thereafter be screened. It will premiere on February 10, 2023, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.
