Baahubali fame director, SS Rajamouli is all ready to direct another Telugu blockbuster, a period action love story. The star cast includes well-known Telugu stars featuring Junior NTR and Ram Charan. Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt have been roped in for the same venture. A twitter post from RRR movie welcomed Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt on board.
Rajamouli is scripting as well as directing the film, shared the title, release date and the details of cast and crew through a press conference. He shared that the movie is set to be made on a big budget of ₹300 crore. He further confirms that Alia and another Hollywood actress Daisy Edgar Jones are cast as female leads opposite Jr NTR and Ram Charan.
The movie is set in pre-partition times of India. It is a fictitious love story of two freedom fighters. The story unfolds that both of them are away from their home in Delhi and struggle hard against Britons. Later, they decide to end this struggle and how to start fighting for their country. It speaks about emotions, love, and struggles of these two pairs.
As per the reports, the first schedule has been shot and the team is rolling through the second schedule since January 20. A Twitter post confirmed it.
With Bollywood ‘Action Guru’ Ajay Devgn it will be a treat for action fans. It would be exciting to watch Alia Bhatt in a romantic mode opposite Jr NTR. We are also curious to watch Daisy Edgar Jones in Indian Avatar. All in all, it will be a thrilling watch.
The movie is expected to release on July 30, 2020. It will be released in more than five languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and other Indian languages.
