Sujoy Ghosh, one of the popular director has signed Saif Ali Khan for his next venture, which happens to be the official cinematic adaptation of one of the Japanese novel called The Devotion Of Suspect X. The lead actress was still to be announced till we saw him coming forward and announcing the name of Kangana Ranaut for his upcoming untitled movie. In this film, Saif would be playing the character of Math professor who helps the lady in her neighbour who is accused of murdering her husband.
The movie has nothing called the romantic track rather the two characters would be seen sharing an uncomfortable equation. Together they are trying to throw away the cop who is trying to catch them. Now, who is the man in the role of a cop, well, the rumours earlier suggested that the Pakistani actor Fawad Khan would be playing the role, however, its not him but Vidyut Jammwal who would be playing this character.
Coincidentally, both Saif and Kangana are also seen in one of the romantic genre movie from Reema Kagti, however, owing to some financial matters with the producers, Saif has opted out from the film. This has made uncertain delays, which compelled Kangana as well to come out and do the film of Sujoy. Kangana was really happy to read the script and immediately accepted the offer.
