Ishaan Khatter Spills the Beans on Romancing with Tabu in A Suitable Boy
As Ishaan Khatter is all set to complete his next venture called A Suitable Boy, we hear him talking about his experience for working with Tabu. The film happens to be the most anticipated one by Mira Nair. When asked about his experience working with Tabu, he said that she is simple to work with. He said she is so nice that she makes you feel very comfortable.
He said she does half of your job while working with you. He said he has experienced the same while working in Dhadak as well as she appears to be a besotted lover. He said the character she is playing in this film happens to be very much mesmerizing and hence he is really very much excited to be with her in the role of Saaeda Bai. He informed that the nickname of her character is Tabu in the film.
He further said, she is called as Tabasco! Tabasco for Tabassum and she has the skills to add all the spice in her character. He said he would like to gift her one book of poetry by Miza Ghalib for having his heart. Talking about the film – A Suitable Boy, Ishaan has the character called Maan Kapoor, who happens to be a rebellious son Mahesh Kapoor ( the politician played by Ram Kapoor). He develops a fatal attraction towards the lady Saaeda Bai (played by Tabu). He was speaking at the Neha Dhupia Show called No Filter Neha.
