Kangana Ranaut Talks About Wearing the Rs. 600 Saree, Check what she says
Kangana Ranaut has been often made headlines in the media and of late she made news for a public appearance on Rs 600 sari. The actress asked the fashion industry to encourage and motivate the local craftsman who gives quality work at a very much affordable cost. She was trolled for the same as she carried out expensive bag and goggles. Talking about the same she said she is pleased that she was noticed a lot.
She then said that people in the industry working at a lower level should be encouraged who work in a different style. Talking about the same she said that people invest loads of money in big showrooms and fancy places and do not really care about the local farmers and handicraftsmen. She said that the people here are so poor that they cannot even afford the pesticides and synthetic fabrics that tend to remain organic by default and people do not realize that.
It was Rangoli Chandel her sister and manager who posted her 600 Rs Saree on Twitter while she was on her way to Jaipur. The people then trolled the lady hard with the organic cotton when the lady was having expensive bag and goggles from foreign brands and she was talking about the local brands and handicraft. She even said that the roadside things are not often that bad as one can find valuable and quality stuff as well. Talking about her work, Kangana is gearing up for her next film a biopic on Jayalalitha and a period drama.
