Zoya Akhtar to launch Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan in a project!

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan’s Bollywood debut is something which is always been the talk of the town. SRK was always vocal about his children’s choices, Suhana wants to be an actor, whereas his son, Aryan aspires to be a filmmaker. Now according to a report published in Pinkvilla Suhana is all set to make her Bollywood entry. She already started prepping up for the big launch. As per the report filmmaker, Zoya Akhtar will be launching the Starkid into showbiz.

The tabloid also quoted a source as saying, “Zoya has been working on the Indian adaptation of the International comic book, Archie, for the digital giant, Netflix. It’s a teenage story and she has been on the lookout to get multiple young actors on board to play a bunch of friends. While casting is still underway, she has found one of her central characters in Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana. While Suhana has done a couple of short films before, Archie would mark her official foray into the world of show-biz. It’s in the nascent stage at the moment, and the final paper work will be done once Suhana and her father, Shah Rukh Khan okay the bound script for launch.”

The story revolves around a group of friends Reggie, Jughead, Betty, Veronica, Moose, Midge, Dilton, Big Ethel, Mr. Lodge, Miss Grundy, Pop Tate, Mr. Weatherbee, Smithers, Stevens among other fictional characters of Riverdale High School. If we go by the reports then along with Suhana, Zoya will also launch two more popular names in the digital outing. More details about the shooting and other details are still under wraps.

Previously people appreciated Suhana for her performance in the short film The Grey Part of Blue directed by Theodore Gimeno. The 10 minutes long film also featured Robin Gonella in a key role.
