Zee5 and ALTBalaji Join Hands For Content-Sharing and Co-Creation Agreement
Watching the web series world conquer the world, several collaborations are taking up between the prime platforms. Joining hands in one such collaboration are the two prime ventures- Zee5 and ALTBalaji. This will help both the OTT platforms gather higher level of consumer insights, receive stronger marketing respects and hence result in improved monetisation.
With the prime aim to leverage each other’s strengths in the OTT domain, Zee5 and ALTBalaji have agreed to co-create original content that exclusively be available on both these platforms.
The content-sharing arrangement will include co-creation of 60+ original content series (in Hindi) that are going to be available exclusively to the SVOD subscribers of both the platforms. The Zee5 and ALTBalaji’s collaboration will assist is expanding their subscription base, as well.
