Catch Family of Thakurganj – Official Trailer featuring Jimmy Shergill & Mahie Gill
We have seen Jimmy Shergill much in the action mode playing the royal king and tough man from a Raja Rajwada family in films like Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster. The film had its recent version last year with Sanjay Dutt. Now, we see him in a quirky comedy film called Family of Thakurganj opposite Mahie Gill. The two are all set to woo the moviegoers with an interesting political revenge drama that also has lots of humor as well. The makers now have released the trailer recently.
The two-minute-long trailer of the said film has much to unleash. It starts with the scene having Jimmy threatening someone on a phone call. Then we have national award-winning actor Saurabh Shukla who has an interesting role to play and Mahie in the film is called as Damdar. Mahie is seen talking tough, which is seen similar to her role as seen in “Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster”. You can also catch the actors Supriya Pilgaonkar and Nandish Sandhu in the lead roles in the trailer.
The film is produced by Ajay Singh Rajput, while the film is based on a small town called Thakurganj based in North India and it revolves around the values, new thinking, and culture of the place. The story of the film has come from a writer who has given big films like Dabangg and Dabangg 2 along with Damini and Andaz Apna Apna, hence one can expect a decent watch this time once again over the silver screen.
