WOW! Akshay Kumar buys yet another property of 7.8 Crores in Mumbai

Akshay Kumar is one of Bollywood’s highest-paid actors in the industry. His film Sooryavanshi, which was released last year, was a huge box office hit and provided a welcome break for cinema owners around the country after the Covid pandemic and lockdown. According to the latest reports, the superstar has purchased a new home for a staggering amount.
According to the latest reports, the actor paid a whopping 7.8 crores for a new luxurious property in Mumbai’s Khar West. The latest apartment appears to be another feather in the superstar’s cap of multiple properties in India and abroad.

According to Money Control, Akshay Kumar’s latest new apartment is 1878 square feet and is located on the 19th floor of Joy Legend, a Joy Builder complex in Khar West. On January 7, the superstar is alleged to have registered the property. The new property features four parking places, which is unusual.

The announcement of the new flat comes after the actor’s workplace in Andheri West was reportedly sold for 9 crores in December 2021. The workplace was 5,359 square feet in size and included five parking spaces. It was housed in a structure known as Bharat Ark. Last December 21, the transaction was processed and registered.

Akshay Kumar, his wife Twinkle Khanna, and their children Aarav and Nitara currently live in a duplex in Juhu. Mrs. Funnybones, aka Twinkle, frequently uploads pictures of the luxurious house on social media. The actor also has residences in Goa and Mauritius, as well as a sea-facing Mumbai flat.

Meanwhile, the actor is quite busy with multiple projects some of his films which are in pipeline are, Bachchan Pandey, Prithviraj, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, and OMG 2 – Oh My God! 2.
